We want you to love your Raven Creations item. If something isn’t right, here is how we can help.

1. Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

These items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made or altered clothing

  • Personalised items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

3. Return Reasons We Accept

  • Wrong size

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect item received

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return courier fees.

  • If the error was ours (wrong or faulty item), Raven Creations covers the return shipping.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour:

  • We will exchange the item once the original is returned and inspected.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item passes inspection.

  • The refunded amount will be processed via a bank transfer or cash.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
