1. Processing Time

Most items are handmade or produced in small batches.

• Standard processing time: 3–7 business days

• Peak seasons & sales: May require additional time

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier’s schedule:

• Local: 2–4 business days

• National: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel size.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking link

• Courier details

• Estimated delivery window

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct.
If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• The customer is responsible for re-delivery fees.

6. Delays & Liability

Raven Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Couriers

• Weather

• Public holidays

• Events outside our control

However, we are always here to help if a parcel is delayed.

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If a parcel is lost or stolen after courier confirmation, claims must be made directly with the courier. We will assist but cannot be held liable.
