1.2 Prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
1.3 Payment must be made in full before any order is processed.
1.4 Once payment is received, an order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
1.5 Raven Creations reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock shortages, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.
1.6 If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted to arrange a refund or alternative.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Orders are shipped nationwide using reputable courier services.
2.2 Delivery times may vary based on stock, production timelines, and courier availability.
2.3 Once an order has been dispatched, Raven Creations is not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or events outside our control.
2.4 Tracking information will be provided once your parcel is shipped.
2.5 Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct. Any re-delivery fees due to incorrect information will be charged to the customer.
3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
3.1 If you receive an incorrect size, defective product, or the wrong item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
3.3 Custom-made, personalised, altered, or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
3.4 Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or an error was made by Raven Creations.
3.5 Refunds are processed only once the returned item is received and inspected.
3.6 Raven Creations reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
